There Is A One Time Setup Fee of $10.00 on New Accounts.
Prices above don't include sales tax. Sales tax will be
applied in accordance with your state and county taxes.
All plans are prepaid and if a customer wishes
to leave the program and request credit, the credit will be in
accordance to the type of program minus actual charges that would of
occurred in a lesser program, minus a $5.00 accounting fee.
(Example) Customer paid
107.40 for the annual plan, and six months later requested to close
the account and receive credit. Customer would fall under
semi-annual plan and would receive a credit of $42.70
($107.40-$59.70 = $47.70 - $5.00 accounting fee = $42.70).
